Important news from the Aquanology team! This June 2026, we are in the process of relocating to a larger, newly renovated facility just one town east of our current Newark location. Our new home will be at 7696 State Route 31, Lyons, NY 14489, and we are filled with gratitude and hope for what this next chapter means for our customers and our team.
Why We Are Moving
Since 2013, the team from Aquanology Water Conditioning & Filtration has been providing water treatment and water purification products and services to local families, farms, and businesses in Upstate NY. We are grateful for the steady growth in customer base, which led us to the realization that our current location has maxed out, and it was time for a larger facility.
Our new location in Lyons should give us more than five times the inventory space we previously possessed. We want to translate this to better product availability, faster turnaround times, and a more streamlined experience from your first call to the completion of your installation.
Still Close to Home
Don’t worry, we are not going far. Lyons is just one town east of Newark, making us just as accessible to our longtime customers and friends across our entire service area, including Wayne County, the eastern suburbs of Rochester, the Finger Lakes region, and the surrounding communities we have served for over a decade.
What This Means for You
With more inventory space, we hope to significantly reduce the time you spend waiting on parts, equipment, or supplies. Whether you need a water softener installation, a filtration system repair, salt delivery, or service on a system we didn’t originally install, we want to be better equipped than ever to take care of you quickly and efficiently.
A Glimpse into the Future
We are stepping into this new space with anticipation for what is to come. Currently, additional renovations at the facility are ongoing. Once complete, we plan to open a small showroom and a dedicated retail space. This is a dream we’ve had for a long time: a place where customers can stop in, browse systems, ask questions face-to-face, and pick up supplies directly. The Lyons location finally makes that possible.
