Aquanology is pleased to introduce the Interflo QuadPro SST, a cutting-edge reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system for enhanced water quality. After extensive testing, manufacturer certification, and infield trials, we believe that the wait has been worth waiting on.

Tankless RO Water Filtration System Under Sink

What’s New About This Reverse Osmosis System?

While point of use RO systems have long been a trusted method for ensuring safe, clean drinking water, the QuadPro system stands out by pushing the boundaries of traditional technology. It offers enhanced efficiency, greater convenience, and a modern tankless design, making it a top-tier choice for homes and small businesses alike.

High Capacity for On-Demand Purified Water

The QuadPro SST produces over 700 gallons of RO water per day, making it ideal for large households, coffee shops, and small businesses. Unlike traditional reverse osmosis RO systems that rely on slow filtration into a storage tank, the QuadPro delivers fresh, purified water directly to your tap.

Tankless Design for Fresher Water

Most water filtration systems use a small tank to store purified water, which can sometimes lead to stagnation and less-than-fresh water. The QuadPro’s innovative design eliminates the need for a storage tank by filtering water fast enough to meet real-time demand. This ensures that every drop you drink is freshly filtered, offering superior taste and quality.

Space-Saving and Versatile Installation

Without the need for a bulky storage tank, the QuadPro saves valuable under-sink space. Measuring just six inches in width, it fits neatly into most kitchen cabinets. It’s also compatible with various installation options, including under the sink, in the basement, or even connected to refrigerators and ice makers.

Reduces Water Waste with Unmatched Efficiency

One of the biggest drawbacks of traditional reverse osmosis membrane systems is excessive reject water waste. Older models could have a 1:12 efficiency ratio, meaning that for every gallon of purified water produced, 12 gallons were wasted. The QuadPro, however, leads the industry with a remarkable 3:1 efficiency ratio, meaning it produces three glasses of purified water for every one glass of reject water. This not only saves water but also reduces household utility costs.

Advanced Membrane Technology for Extended Membrane Life

The QuadPro is equipped with a high-quality reverse osmosis membrane that ensures long-lasting performance. Traditional RO systems often require frequent membrane replacements due to clogging and efficiency loss. However, the QuadPro’s superior water treatment process extends the membrane life, reducing maintenance costs and providing consistently pure water for years.

(As with any water system, actual results will vary based on the feed water quality.)

Patented Flush Technology to Prevent TDS Creep

While the QuadPro is by far not the only on-demand RO unit on the market today, it does benefit from one unique capability, its patented flush system.

Tankless RO systems typically have one drawback: The first water the unit filters when the drinking water faucet is opened is not purified well, a common issue known as “TDS creep.” Optimally, you would need to flush the system for a bit until ideal purity is reached again. However, the patented flush cycle on the QuadPro is designed to reduce this problematic TDS creep issue

Certified Performance for Safe, Clean Water

The Interflo QuadPro SST is rigorously tested and certified by the WQA against NSF/ANSI 58 standards. It effectively removes contaminants such as Pentavalent Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Chromium III & VI, Copper, Fluoride, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, Selenium, TDS, and Turbidity. This ensures you’re getting high-quality drinking water, free from harmful impurities.

Easy Maintenance with Long-Lasting Filters

The QuadPro features an EZ-to-change filtration system, designed for minimal maintenance. Filters are rated to be replaced every 12 months, while the RO membrane lasts up to 48 months. Maintenance intervals are based on the amount of water used, thanks to its innovative design and built-in pump run-time monitoring. Indicator lights and alarms notify users when it’s time for replacements, making maintenance effortless.

Flexible Use Cases

While ideal for home use, the QuadPro’s high output makes it perfect for various applications, including:

    • Small businesses such as coffee shops

    • Schools and daycare centers requiring reliable drinking water

    • Restaurants looking for high-capacity RO water solutions

    • Households seeking purified water for every gallon consumed

Considerations Before Purchasing

While the QuadPro is definitely on the cutting edge as far as drinking water RO systems, it would only be fair to mention potential downsides for consideration:

    1. Power Requirement: Unlike basic RO units that rely on water pressure alone, the QuadPro uses an integrated boosting pump, therefore it requires a basic 110v power source. The pump gives the system its capability for high flow rates of purified water.

    1. Higher Upfront Filter Costs: Due to its high-capacity filtration system, replacement cartridges are slightly more expensive than those for traditional RO units. But these larger cartridges are necessary to deliver its high capacity of filtered water.
